We are a group of teens growing up in a threatened world. But we are not helpless. We will not rely on our past and older generations to fix the damage they have done. No, we will stand tall and show the world that our future is important. Our future matters. We want to have the ability to go outside and breathe fresh air. We want our successors and our children to have a home on our beloved planet. We want to keep living and we want our species to thrive. We don't have the time to wait until we are the leaders of the world. We don't have time to trust that our parents' generation will make a difference. We have to act now. We stand for the future of our species and all the species.
It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the environment in which we all live.

We fight for the rainforest. We fight for coral reefs, for all the animals and living things that can't fend for themselves. We fight for the existence of our species. We fight for the health of our planet. We fight for young children in the next generation to grow up in a world that is clean and vibrant and beautiful. We fight for clean waters. Fresh air.
